During a special meeting on August 18, 2025, the Valley Mills ISD Board of Trustees voted to call a $18,450,000 bond for the November 4, 2025, ballot.
The proposed projects are presented as two proposals for voter consideration. If approved, they would focus on safety and security, updated/upgraded facilities, and athletic and educational space improvements.
Proposition A includes expansion of the Career and Technology Education areas at the high school, renovations of the existing Ag shop for classrooms, and construction of a multipurpose room. This proposition also includes playground improvements and enclosing corridors at the elementary school.
Proposition B includes athletic improvements at the baseball and softball complex including turfing the fields along with addressing the seating, restrooms, concession stand, dugouts, and fencing.
